I ordered custom-made seat cushions for our outdoor set from Ice and overall had a great experience. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout, production was quick, and shipping went just as well. The cushions arrived as promised and fit perfectly. One small point of feedback: initially, I selected a thinner cushion based on the color I liked. While I was later able to adjust the order to a better option, I would have appreciated a bit more proactive product advice upfront. A recommendation based on comfort or usage could have saved me that extra step. That said, Ice was helpful and flexible when I wanted to make changes, and the final result is fantastic. I’d definitely work with her again and recommend her to others looking for quality custom cushions!
